(Small Notes for the Issue)
The stamps dipict the flowering potato field, which represents the vastness of Hokkaido. The stamps were issued together with the ones with contribution to the refugees of the Mt.Usu-eruption-disaster. However, the ones with the contribution were sold at every post office in Japan until August 31 while the 50 yen stamps were handled as usual Furusato ones.
