(Small Note for the Issue)
The Japanese dermatological Association Inc. was founded in 1900 (the 33rd year of Meiji). Its first annual meeting was held in 1901 (Meiji 34). Except the year 1945 (Showa 20), the annual meeting was held every year since 1901 and it marks the 100th one this year.

The commemorative stamps were issued in five colours (red, orange, yellow-green, green and blue) but by the same design in the form of vertical se-tenant strip of five stamps.
