(Small Note for the Issue)

At the site of PHILANIPPON'01, eight sets of machines to produce the stamp sheet with personal portrait in tab were set but only provisional basis. The eight sets enabled to serve 700 people for a day (400 for the last day). Postal Services Agency expected to make the 50,000 sheets by the provisional sale but not many customers seemed to have made full 10 sheets, the possible maximum number to order.
