In 2010, Japan will host APEC, a forum that brings together the leaders and ministers of 21 Pacific Rim member economies to pursue the goal of sustainable regional growth. The stamps which depict a logo of APEC and a prefectural flowers of where the related meetings will be held, were issued to commemorate the forum.
