The stamps depict the flowers in Hokkaido. Sweetbrier is the flower of Hokkaido. Lavender is the flower of Naka-Furano-cho and other three towns. Cowslip is the flower of Shibetsu City and Hamatonbetsu Town. Lily of the valley is the flower of Sapporo City and other fourteen towns.
