¥ 82 New Year's stamp and ¥ 82 + 3 New Year's semi postal stamp with lottery for 2016 depict a papier-mache doll "Tosa Washi Shikkui Hariko Kodaki-Saru", a folk toy of Kochi prefecture in association with the year of the monkey. This toy is based on "Kosen-Ningyo"doll, whose creaters have not existed since 1993.
