[Note on the Stamps]
The 70th National Athletic Meet will be held in Wakayama, the second time
in 44 years since the last 1971 sponsorship. These stamps, which were issued
to commemorate the event, depict ten events with the mascot of the game
"Kii-chan" on labels.
