[Note on the Stamps]
This is the first series of "Washoku", registered on UNESCO's
Intangible Cultural Heritage List which introduces its sociality, functionality
and locality.
The stamps are issued on "Washoku Day". Under the theme of "one
soup and three side dishes", they are designed to convey warmth of
home-cooked meal with miniatures made of paper clay.
