[Note on the Stamps]
The 71st National Sports Festival will be held in Iwate, for the first
time in 46 years since the last 1970 sponsorship. These stamps, which were
issued to commemorate the event, depict ten events with the mascot of the
game "Wanko-kyodai" on labels.
