R240: "Chaguchagu Umakko" is a procession of decorated horses of "Tango-no sekku (5 May of the lunar calendar)". It is believed that the fest was originally intended to make the working horses rest for a day to thank them. Mt. Iwate is a stratovolcano near Morioka, Iwate.
