(Small Notes for the Issue)

Tama Intercity Monorail is one of the means of transportation from south to north in the Tama area in Tokyo, where about 3,800,000 people are living. The monorail had been planned between the stations of Tama Centre and Kamikitadai, for 16 kilometers (10 miles). Now a part of the line, from Kamikitaedai to Tachikawa-Kita, for 5.4 kilometers (3.37 miles) was opened to passengers on 27 November 1998.
