To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the law for the prevention of crimes and the rehabilitation of offenders, on which the community-based treatment system for offenders based, a stamp was issued. It depicts the symbol mark and primroses, of which floral language is " Hope, Dawn of youthful days and Sorrow."
