N85: 50+3 yen New Year's semi-postal stamp with lottery for 2000 depicts Karatsu-Yama doll, which is miniature of the float. "Hiryu (flying dragon)" is the 7th one of Karatsu-Kunchi festival.
N86: 80+3 yen New Year's semi-postal stamp with lottery for 2000 depicts dragon of Tsuneishi papier-mache doll, which is a folk toy of Tsuneishi, Hiroshima, since the 1890's. The characteristics of Tsuneishi papier-mache doll is its roundness.
