Japanese Stamp Specialized Catalog (JSCA) & SAKURA Catalog nubers are adopted.
Originally, these se-tenant stamps were issued on May 23, 1991, by 62 yen for each denomination (R97-100). Now they are issued again by the denomination of 80 yen each. All these plants and flowers are appointed to represent many cities, towns and villages in Hokkaidou.
